Project Summary

W Hotel, Brisbane approached Phoeniks as part of delivering a world-class culinary operation within its 5 star luxury environment on the Brisbane riverfront. With high volume food production demands across multiple outlets and functions, the objective was to equip the production kitchen with reliable, innovation and high performance cooking technology capable of supporting premium hospitality standards.

The key goal was to create a modern, efficient back of house environment that maximised workflow, consistency and flexibility ensuring the culinary team could deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining speed, precision and operational reliability.

Working in close collaboration with Ian Hopper, Phoeniks designed and delivered a tailored kitchen solution featuring equipment from MKN and Adventys, including:

The completed production kitchen now provides a streamlined, high performance environment that supports large scale service while maintaining exceptional food quality. By integrating advanced European cooking technology, Phoeniks has delivered a future ready culinary space that aligns with W Brisbane's bold, innovative brand and commitment excellence.
