Phoeniks was founded 15 years ago by Jacques & Sandrine Morin, who made it their mission to supply the best European commercial kitchen equipment to Australia.

Since day one, Phoeniks has been committed to working exclusively with brands who produce innovative and high-end equipment you and your staff can depend on.

Over the years, Phoeniks has had the opportunity to supply equipment to some fantastic venues such as Vue de Monde, Bennelong, Biota Dining, Spirit of Tasmania, Amaru, Grossi Florentino, Chu the Phat, Hilton Sydney, My Muscle Chef, W Hotels, Ten Minutes by Tractor, Crown Sydney, Arbory Bar & Eatery, Rafi by Applejack, Luna Lu and many more.

Phoeniks now supplies equipment all over Australia as well as New Zealand, and has 3 demo showrooms located in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.

The food offering at the restaurant revolves around meats, seafood and vegetables prepared on the rotisserie- it makes the best roast chickens of course but also whole ducks, rolled pork, joints of lamb and beef as well as roasted vegetables and fruits.
