Phoeniks at Fine Food Australia 2026

A Stand Full of Innovation, Expertise and Industry Connections

Fine Food Australia 2026 was an exciting few days for the Phoeniks team, and we are proud to look back on a successful event filled with new connections, great conversations and some of the latest innovations in commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment.

Held at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from 31st August to 3rd September, Fine Food Australia brought together foodservice, hospitality and industry professionals from across Australia. For Phoeniks, it was a fantastic opportunity to meet customers face to face, demonstrate our equipment and showcase the brands and solutions we work with every day.

A record response at the Phoeniks stand

Our stand experienced record attendance throughout the event, with a constant flow of visitors interested in exploring our equipment, discussing upcoming projects and discovering solutions for their businesses.

One of the highlights was having representatives from our leading supplier brands on the stand alongside the Phoeniks sales team throughout the show. Their knowledge and first-hand product expertise added significant value to conversations with visitors, allowing customers to speak directly with specialists and gain a deeper understanding of the equipment on display.

From commercial cooking and frying solutions to food transport, meal distribution and mobile equipment, the stand demonstrated the breadth of solutions available through Phoeniks.

Product highlights from Fine Food Australia 2026

Our stand featured a carefully selected range of equipment from MKN, Adventys, Socamel, Valentine and Tournus, with several products attracting strong interest throughout the event.

  • Valentine Fryer Range: The Valentine Fryer Range was one of the key highlights of our stand, showcasing reliable commercial frying solutions designed for professional foodservice environments. Visitors had the opportunity to explore the range and discuss how different fryer configurations can support operational requirements, kitchen layouts and cooking volumes.

  • Tournus Trolley Range : The Tournus trolley range showcased the importance of practical, durable and efficient mobile equipment in professional kitchens. With solutions designed to support the movement, organisation and handling of equipment and foodservice items, the Tournus range generated strong interest from visitors looking for ways to improve workflow and efficiency.

  • MKN Industrial Fryer Range: The MKN Industrial fryer range was another major attraction, demonstrating MKN's focus on high-performance professional cooking equipment. Having the opportunity to discuss the equipment directly with the team provided visitors with valuable insight into the capabilities of MKN's solutions and how they can be incorporated into demanding commercial kitchen operations.

  • Socamel Meal Distribution Trolley Range : The Socamel meal distribution trolley range highlighted Phoeniks' solutions for healthcare and institutional foodservice environments. Socamel's meal distribution solutions are designed around the efficient delivery and service of meals while supporting temperature management and operational consistency. The range created many opportunities for conversations around meal distribution requirements and the challenges faced by healthcare and foodservice operators.

  • Adventys Buffet Range : The Adventys buffet range completed our showcase of innovative foodservice equipment, demonstrating solutions designed to combine functionality with modern presentation. Visitors were able to see the equipment up close and discuss how Adventys solutions can support buffet service and contemporary foodservice environments.

More than equipment: Real conversations with industry professionals

For us, Fine Food Australia is about more than displaying equipment.

It is about understanding what businesses are looking for, listening to the challenges faced by chefs, kitchen designers, hospitality operators and foodservice professionals, and finding practical solutions that meet those needs.

Having our supplier partners present alongside the Phoeniks team made those conversations even more valuable. Visitors could ask detailed questions, explore equipment in person and gain insights directly from the people who know the products best.

The strong response throughout the event reinforced the importance of bringing equipment, suppliers and customers together in one place.
