With the kitchen being fully visible to diners, an emphasis was placed on creating an open kitchen environment that is both functional and visually impressive. The Client approached Phoeniks with clear objective to design and deliver a fully electric kitchen that supported modern sustainability goals while ensuring efficiency and high performance. Because the kitchen would be fully visible to diners, it also needed to strike the right balance between functionality, reliability and visual impact.

Their main challenge was to avoid the common issues of traditional kitchens like excess heat, smoke and noise, while still providing chefs with the power and precision required in a demanding service environment. The client required equipment that could not only deliver consistent results but also create a cooler, quieter and cleaner open kitchen for both staff and guests.
