Project Summary
The Client approached Phoeniks with a clear vision to create a fully electric, open-concept kitchen that combined efficiency, reliability and visual appeal. Their main challenge was finding equipment that could deliver high-performance while also meeting strict energy efficiency requirements and blending seamlessly into modern, front-of-house design.
In addition, the venue needed durable equipment capable of withstanding the demands of a busy service, while offering precise control to maintain consistent food quality. Traditional cooking system posed problems with excess energy use, limited flexibility and bulky designs that did not suit the open-kitchen layout.
Working closely with the kitchen consultant, Phoeniks assessed these challenges and provided a tailored equipment package that solved each pain point:
