PHOENIKS became involved with this project when it became clear that Hidria GIF ventilated ceiling was the only kitchen exhaust technology that would allow the restaurant to open.
This was mainly due to height constraints and installation of the Hidria GIF ventilated ceiling needed only 250mm height from the last service point.
