In his quest for the highest quality food, Shannon Bennett wanted the best equipment available for his new premises. Café Vue 401 St Kilda Road's open kitchen is equipped with:

• - An MKN Optimameister custom-made cooking island including high performance induction hobs and infrared grill
• - A Hidria-GIF ventilated ceiling (the first installed in a restaurant kitchen in Australia), providing draught-free, noise-free, top hygienic exhaust system;
• - A powerful, innovative SALVIS Hi-Light Salamander
• - The first Cuisines Design Rotisserie installed in Australia – a black and brass masterpiece of Rotisserie "à la Française".
